6. Not a Retirement, But an Early Resignation

Not long after Barker “retired,” it was revealed that it wasn’t really a retirement because he had just signed a five-year extension. So actually it was more of a voluntary premature resignation. At this point in the list, it should come as no shock to you that the reason for that untimely departure was yet another lawsuit against Barker. This time he was being sued by a former audience screener on the grounds that she was subject to a hostile work environment, specifically in regards to race and discrimination.
