Will Smith has come a long way from the punk kid rapper and the star of Fresh Prince of Beverly Hills to become one of the leading men in Hollywood. But that didn’t stop him from accepting the voice acting role of Oscar in the animated film Shark Tale. Smith loved the fact that he had so much freedom and flexibility to improvise what his character may or may not do. He later told reporters it was that freedom that allowed him to get back to his comedic roots, which he felt he’d lost after playing such serious roles for such a long time.
