16. Urkel’s Micro Car

When Steve Urkel purchased his now-famous ride, a micro car, audiences wondered how properties built such a quirky functional car. It wasn’t a set piece, but technically it wasn’t a car either. With only three wheels, the official classification was “motorcycle.” The Isetta was a real car, manufactured by BMW during the 1950s along with many other carmakers capitalizing on the micro-market. That was the same time cars like the first Mini Cooper came out. The smallest amongst them featured strange ways of climbing in, like front end doorways. In short, Urkel was actually pretty cool for owning that car.
