In West Virginia, The Greenbrier four-star luxury resort still stands as “America’s Resort,” as it has since 1778. When they started construction of the place, the government commissioned a bunker deep beneath the structure, big enough to hold congress until the coast was clear. The secret name for the project was Project Greek Island. Fortunately, the Congress never needed it because a reporter with a loose pen announced the location to the world years ago.
