7. Herb Sheldon

“The Herb Sheldon Show,” stands as a testament to the man’s talent. Previously, it had been the same show Becker hosted, “The Looney Tunes Show.” Sheldon was so good they renamed it after him. He continued to host shows until the early ’60s when heart problems forced him to retire in ’62. He continued to entertain, though, acting in regional plays. No surprise, it was a massive heart attack that took his life at age 51. Television is hard on a person’s heart.
