The Nissan Leaf first debuted in 2011 as a fully electric subcompact car and over the years it’s had a few upgrades here and there. For the 2016 model year, it will come with a larger battery option which should increase the range and hopefully make it more practical for everyday use. It still doesn’t have the range of other cars in its class, but it’s still a viable option in the entry-level full electric market.
