Worst Case Scenario
Sometimes even the most basic of car maintenance can prevent major problems down the road. One of the most common would be just a simple oil change, not doing regular changes could lead to some o the most expensive repairs, problems with the engine. There was a time when the rule of thumb was every three months or 3,000 miles you wanted to change your oil, but now as oil technology has increased there are some brands that claim you can go as high as 10,000 miles. This is definitely a worst case scenario where a customer brought in his Audi TT claiming it seemed sluggish. Turns out he had gone more than 80,000 miles without changing his oil and there was so much sludge built up on the inside of the motor that it was a miracle it ran at all.
