This Japanese-style estate was built for Oracle founder, Larry Ellison, and reportedly cost him upwards of $200 million to build. It’s more of a compound than an estate because it has more than 10 buildings on the 23-acre property. To continue the Japanese theme, Ellison also had a man-made lake and koi pond installed. He even has a specific building to use as a “tea house.”
