This 53,000 square foot mansion sits on 25-acres of prime Beverly Hills real estate and has recently been listed for a shocking $195 million. Real estate tycoon Jeff Greene decided to sell Mediterranean style villa that has a long list of amenities. According to reports, it has a 15,000 square foot entertainment complex that contains a revolving dance floor and a ballroom big enough to accommodate as many as a thousand guests.
