13. Returning to College
Enjoying her life, but still desiring a formal education, Ihrke applied to Elmhurst College, in Illinois. They accepted her application. Roughly fifteen miles from central Chicago, attending classes in Elmhurst would allow Ihrke to continue to pursue her modeling career. She knew that the modeling gig would only take her so far. Good looks fade. People change. She may even take an interest in something else. She was in a perfect place to explore more. According to Ihrke, Elmhurst was a perfect fit.
