31 NFL Players And The Places They Call Home

3.Mike Singletary – Chicago Bears

Growing up a Chicago Bears fan the name Mike Singletary meant a great deal in my home. I’m sure that was the case for many Bears fans as well. Known for his big bright-eyed stare when locking in on a quarterback or running back, Mike Singletary would eventually be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1998 as one of the best linebackers in NFL history. He spent his entire career as a player with the Bears and was a key member in the 1985 Super Bowl winning team. After he retired he switched gears towards coaching where he still remains. During his time as the head coach of the San Francisco 49ers, he picked up this 5,000 square foot home located in Saratoga, California for a reported $3.3 million. With 6 bedrooms and 6 baths as well as numerous bonus rooms it was another fairly standard mansion as far as mansions go. Singletary has since put it up for sale so if you’ve always wanted to live in the same place that Mike Singletary used to live, now’s your chance.
