San Diego Chargers Quarterback Philip Rivers picked up this six bedroom mansion for a reported $3.3 million. Located just north of San Diego you know the weather is going to be fantastic pretty much year round. So this home is loaded with outdoor features like a built in BBQ area, “Grotto Style” pool with private waterfall, and private rose gardens, But that’s not all, inside you still have all the good stuff like home theater room, wine cellar and of course a bar and lounge area. Although there are reports that Rivers has recently purchased eight acres in Rancho Santa Fe, California where he plans on building an even bigger and more extravagant home.
