14. Bob Uecker The MLBer
Most folks know Bob Uecker as that sports broadcaster guy, but Uecker was once a major league baseball player. When he landed the role on “Mr. Belvedere,” it was a cinch since he was already working in sports broadcasting. The show didn’t hurt his career any. Afterwards, they inducted him into the National Radio Hall of Fame, the World Wrestling Entertainment Hall of Fame, and the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association Hall of Fame. Uecker, now in his 80s, still works as a broadcaster.
