A Presidential Scandal
President Clinton and Monica Lewinsky in the white house in 1996. This photo may not seem like much but it turned out to be part of one of the biggest scandals in US politics. Lewinsky was a white house aide who became “friendly” with the president. Soon the press got hold of the story that she and the President had been having a torrid affair inside the white house. The stories were lewd and the movement to impeach President Clinton overshadowed all he had accomplished during his term as our nation’s leader.
