Cast Members can purchase lost & found items.
In a given day, Disney can accumulate massive amounts of lost items from their parks. We’re talking electronics and fashion items. Ideally, those items go back to their owners, but more often than not they end up lost forever. Disney maintains a hold period, but once that time lapses, they move those items to a special store where cast members can buy them.
One must attend Disney University.
Yup. There is really a place called Disney University. Enrollment is a matter of employment. In other words, every cast member goes to University. There, they cover more than just the Look Book. They teach students every detail of how one appears, behaves, and engages the people in the park. It’s strict. For example, princesses cannot stand taller than five-foot-eight, no shorter than five-four. Hopefully, they sort that out before hiring. Be tough to do anything about it afterwards.
