Albeit this secret is not scathing by any means, it’s surprising and cool to know. Seniority matters at Disney. Believe it or not, many of the high-level cast members [read: executives] at Disney started at the bottom as park characters or other frontline employees. Like any good corporate ecosystem, the longer one sticks around and performs well, the more that person’s career climbs.
