4. Comment Cards Matter
At the end of most cruises, passengers have the opportunity to fill out comment cards. These are not a formality. Cruise ships take them seriously. Those feedback systems filter down to the employees, especially when you mention them by name. Some team members get bonuses on their feedback. Bad reviews, on the other hand, can be disastrous. Take this opportunity seriously when you have the chance. Someone’s livelihood depends on your fair review.
