10. Crew Eats What You Don’t
Unless we’re talking about tainted shrimp, the food guests don’t eat goes into the bellies of hungry crew members. It’s a step up from jail food, and they’re not eating off unfinished plates. It’s the unfinished chafing dishes of food that are too stale to serve, but not too old to eat. It’s like driving an aging BMW, not bad, but not as good as it was before. Both go much better with a shot of tequila.
