15. Questionable Movie Title

With a title of Dirty Dancing, your mind can wander as to what the movie is going to be about. Singer-songwriter Bill Medley was faced with this particular quandary when asked to write a song for it. According to reports, he actually thought it was “the title of a bad porno” and was going to pass on the job. He also wasn’t impressed with Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swayze as the leading actors of the film. Regardless, he decided to take the job and ended up writing a smash hit with “The Time of My Life.”
