13. Why Uncle Bill?

Buffy wasn’t the only cast member to suffer from an unfortunate fate. Brian Keith, the actor that played the beloved Uncle Bill, took his own life in 1997. It was just over 26 years after the show was canceled and Keith was 75 years old. He was extremely ill with emphysema and cancer, but it was a self-inflicted gunshot wound that was the cause of death. People close to him firmly believe that it wasn’t suicide, but instead was accidental due to a gun cleaning or malfunction of some sort.
