12. Lawsuit

When Paul Sr. decided to move on his devious plan to cut out his son, Junior dug in his heels, refusing to leave, and refusing to sell. Senior did the only thing he believed he could do at that point: sue his son. In a lawsuit for $1-million, Senior went after Paul Jr like they were bad neighbors. This infuriated Paul Jr. He contacted lawyers who fought the suit and won. The damage, however, was already done.
