The Russians have really upped their missile game in recent history. This launcher can carry a battery of 9M317 missiles to the theater, which can reach as high as 46,000 feet traveling Mach 3. That’s high and fast enough to take out a plane. Allegedly, this is the system that took out a Malaysian airliner over Ukraine in 2014. The missiles it launches carry 150-pound warheads.
