10. Air Defense Missiles
Along the same lines as the remote disabling technology, another way to accomplish the same kind of disabling defense is to blow up enemy communication arrays. The Russians already have an effective S-300 missile in place, but the S-500 missile design, two generations more advanced, could reach satellites from the ground. As of 2015, they already had the S-400 in place, according to Business Insider. Again, it comes down to cash. Can they build S-500s? Maybe.
