20. The Mi-28N
In fairness, the Mi-28N is not a new helicopter, it’s one the Russians employed since 2006. Part of the reason it’s still in use is that it was such an advanced system back in 2006. Still, they are developing the fifth generation helicopter right now, aimed at replacing the 28N. Those are some big shoes to fill, size: Jolly Green Giant.
