24. RS-24 On Parade
One thing the United States does not do that other nations feel is necessary (looking at you, Russia and North Korea) is parading missiles. Since the beginning of the Cold War, Russia has seen fit to flaunt their might like a teenage boy showing off his first pubic hair in the locker room.
