10. Ian McShane

You might not remember this guy. Ian McShane starred as Brother Ray in Episode 6 of Season 7, “The Broken Man”. He’s a peace-loving Westerosi hippie who nurses the Hound back to life. He also kind of might be leading a cult. It’s a little unclear. His character was killed off with the majority of his followers, which lead the Hound to go on a killing spree.
These days, you can find Ian McShane starring in the new series American Gods. It’s totally worth checking out. The show is based on Neil Gaiman’s book of the same name.
11. Essie Davis

Ian McShane wasn’t the only one with a brief but significant role in Season 6. Essie Davis played Lady Crane, the actress who helped Arya while she was working with the Faceless Men in Braavos. She’s killed off in Season 6, Episode 8, “No One.”
Davis has gone on to work on the Assassin’s Creed film. She’s also working with some other Game of Thrones actors in the Starz’s show, The White Princess, opposite Michelle Fairley.
