Prior to Terry Crews taking over the Old Spice commercials, an actor by the name of Isaiah Mustafa was cast for the role. Many people say that it was his deep and soothing voice that fit so well with the comedic genius that took place during the commercials. Interestingly enough, Mustafa also had a short career in the NFL.
