She was born February 21, 1979, in Waco, Texas. Raised by her mother after her parents divorced, this Disney actress took an early interest in music. She sang her first live performance at age three… Yup, age three, at a livestock show. At age ten she moved to Los Angeles with her mother, where she made a career of commercial acting. Then, Disney Channel signed her for Kids Incorporated in 1989.
