12. Ashlee Simpson’s Role
Few fans will remember that between 2002 and 2004, Ashlee Simpson appeared in 40 episodes of 7th Heaven as Celia Smith. That’s Simpson, as in Jessica Simpson, the famous pop star. In fairness, Ashlee had her own go at fame as a pop star but performed better as an actress. She was also on 13 episodes of Melrose Place, thank you very much, Mr. Spelling.
