David Geffen is what you would call a “jack of all trades”, being been extremely successful as a business magnate, philanthropist,and even a record executive and film producer. That kind of success gives him the opportunity to afford the ultimate things in life. One of which is this 453-foot megayacht named Rising Sun that he reportedly paid over $300 million with the purchase and renovation of the ship. It originally was built for Oracle CEO Larry Ellison for $200 million so you can only imagine the upgrades $100 million will get you. With 82 rooms onboard including a full-size basketball court, movie theater, wine cellar, and of course a helipad, there’s no shortage of luxury.
