So the title of “celebrity” technically only applies to Saddam Hussein in the sense that he was a well-known villain that terrorized his own people and was one of the many focal points of the Gulf War. Hussein was given this 278-foot yacht named “Al Mansur” as a gift from the Saudi Arabian royal family. It was the perfect villain yacht too because it even had a secret passageway that led to an escape hatch where a mini-submarine waited to help you make a fast getaway if needed. However, if you noticed I said “was”. That’s because during the Middle East conflict the United States shot it 16 times and destroyed it so there would be no sneaking away living the life of luxury for Hussein.
