12. AC Cobra MkIII 165mph/1965

The AC Cobra, or Shelby Cobra, is one of the best looking muscle cars ever built. Even though it was a fairly small car it featured a massive 427 cubic inch V8 motor that depending on which version you had, produced 425-550hp. To save costs some versions of the MkIII had the less expensive 428 cubic inch Ford motor that wasn’t nearly as powerful.
