6. When the Party Ended

When partied out people run out of drugs and amenities, they clear out pretty fast. The aftermath from the 600,000 at Summer Jam was like a war zone. “Sunday was the day that everyone left,” reported Mark Spaulding on glenphoto.com. “I drove up there Monday morning just to see what it looked like. What a mess. I couldn’t believe what I saw. There were clothes, tents, sleeping bags, umbrellas, shoes, chairs, coolers and anything else you could imagine… ” At least he didn’t find any dead bodies.
