23. Making Long Sleeves Look Good

I don’t know about you, but my experience with women has told me one thing: they do not like the cold. Which makes you wonder how the girls that work in bitter cold locations such as Chicago or Colorado survive in the winter time. It’s a simple answer- long sleeves. There’s actually a long sleeved version of the famous Hooters shirt which the girls have the option of wearing if it’s a bit nippy outside. Just in case that’s not enough, there’s also a Hooters jacket that helps bring the ensemble together.
22. Strict Cell Phones Rules

Even though we live in a time where cell phones are essentially the most important materialistic item in our possession, Hooters has a very strict cell phone policy for its employees, especially the waitresses. It is forbidden for the ladies to carry their phones while on the clock. Now granted, it’s not as if they have pockets to store their phones, but they do have their server pouches. However, even with the phone turned off it’s still a big no-no. Instead, they’re only allowed to have pens, a notepad, cash, and coins.
21. Shirt Swap

One of the many interesting things about the Hooters franchise is the fact that they’re in so many different locations. That’s why anytime you go into one in any given state or country the girls wear a shirt with the respective location on it. However, have you ever noticed a girl wearing one from another state entirely? Well, that’s because Hooters have a policy that allows the girls so “swap shirts” with another active employee. The only place that rule doesn’t apply is the adult playground known as Las Vegas. I guess what happens in Vegas really does stay in Vegas.
