7. The New Girl

The crew at a Hooters restaurant is usually a tight-knit group, a family I guess you could say. When it comes to welcoming a new member into that group it can be tricky. To prevent any uncomfortable situations, Hooters has set up a “new girl” picture. The entire wait staff get together and pose for a picture and then it’s shared on social media avenues with hopes that’ll make her feel welcome.
