OK, so we’ve established that the outward appearance of the waitresses is an integral part of the business model, so much so that employers are willing to do just about anything to help maintain those stunning good looks. Many locations will go as far as to offer discounted tanning and gym memberships. They hope that’ll provide motivation, but whether it does or not is totally up to each person.
