Alisha Abdullah
Starting at the young age of nine years old, Alisha Abdullah had a fascination with go-carts and by the age of eleven she was already competing in, and winning, races. Alisha continued racing through her teen years while attending school and graduating with a degree in Sociology. She made the jump from go- carts to open wheel formula racing but soon realized it was too expensive to really stay competitive. Instead, Alisha switched to a motorcycle where she would go on to become India’s first female national racing champion.
