Both men died in their mansions. Capone, being a real person, owned a Palm Springs, Florida mansion. He bought it in 1928 for $40,000. It was a bit of a drive from his home Chicago, but who could pass up on that price? Producers put Montana’s mansion in Miami, but the real home was in southern California. That 10,000-square-foot beast sold for $12.26-million in 2015. Capone’s mansion was only worth $543,000 when inflated to 2015 money. For the win, Montana was clearly the more extravagant homeowner of the two.
