10. Carol Wore a Wig
Florence Henderson’s hair, during the first season, was not long enough for the part of Carol Brady. She’d just been in an off-Broadway production of “South Pacific,” where they’d chopped off her locks. Because the hair was so important to Schwartz’s vision, the ladies all blondes, and the fellas all brunettes, producers slapped a wig on Henderson for that first season.
