31 NFL Players And The Places They Call Home

11. Jerry Rice – San Fransisco 49ers

Jerry Rice is considered to be the greatest wide receiver to ever play the game of football. It would take a whole new gallery to list all of his achievements, but most notably would be a 3 time Super Bowl Champ, Super Bowl MVP, as well records in career receptions, receiving yards, touchdowns and all-purpose yards. Now that he’s retired Jerry can spend more time at his numerous properties scattered around the country. One of which is this mega mansion located in California that Rice once paid close to $22 million for.

At almost 14,000 square feet this thing is massive. Amenities included a full gym with a steam room and sauna, a high-tech home theater room, and for all the arts and crafts fans there was even a room dedicated strictly for gift wrapping. Rice eventually put this home on the market for $22 million but it sat for years. According to reports he finally sold the home, but for less than half of what he paid.
