Braveheart
Mel Gibson had one hell of a role going in Hollywood, with blockbuster after blockbuster. Then he snapped, got divorced and went on a racially charged rant that barred him from the good roles for the better part of a decade. But before the fall, he rose to great heights as William Wallace in Braveheart.
Blooper: In the movie, Wallace lead the battles wearing a Scottish kilt. While Scots are known for wearing them, they wouldn’t have been worn in 1300 when the film was set. Kilts gained popularity and became common place in the 1600’s.
