25. TCG Heybeliada

The TCG Heybeliada is designed by the Turkish Navy as a line of defense against enemy ships. It features a deck to house helicopters, as well as a refueling station for friendly aircraft. The ship is named after the Heybeliada Island, which is home to the Turkish Naval Academy. Work on the ship began in 2007, and was launched in 2008, and finally commissioned on September 27, 2011.
