The Plymouth Cricket is one of those cars that just fell off the radar even though there were actually quite a lot of them built. It was essentially a rebadged Hillman Avenger which was designed by Chrysler Europe. It was marketed to compete against other small underpowered cars of the era such as the Pinto and Vega, which interestingly also occupy this list.
