17. Dick York
Fans loved York too, especially in the 1960s, but not only for his acting. He was a good guy. Later in life, York suffered from emphysema and died in 1992 at age 63. It wasn’t the drugs that killed him. He battled and recovered from his addiction, then went on to continue his career in the 80s before the emphysema robbed him of his money. He moved home to Grand Rapids, Michigan where he stayed until his life’s end.
