25 Outrageously Expensive Cars That Will Make Your Jaw Drop 25 Times

1953 Ferrari 375 MM Spider – $9,075,000

Sold by Sotheby’s, this 1953 375 MM Spider (Chassis no. 0364AM) comes with the standard V12 with triple weber carbs, and from speed gearbox. The legendary driver, Jim Kimberly (of the Kimberly-Clark family brand) owned and raced this one. It was he who put the number 5 on the side. At the end 1980s, this car enjoyed a restoration. Today, collectors consider it one of the most remarkable Ferraris ever made. There were only 12 ever built.

1962 Ferrari 330 TRI/LM Testa Rossa – $9,418,500

Sold at RM Auction in Maranello, Italy in 2007, for $9.4 million, collectors consider this Ferrari the ultimate Testa Rossa. It was the last front-engined sport-racer, and the last of it’s kind to win the 24 hour Le Mans. Under the hood is an overhead camshaft V12, with six two-barrel Weber carbs, and has a 5-speed manual transmission. It was the last one in the series, perfect in every detail.
