1964 Ferrari 250 LM – $17,600,000
Sold as part of a private collection at an RM Sotheby’s auction, this 250 LM fetched a record-breaking $17.6 million in August 2015. The 250 LM was last Ferrari to win Le Mans in 1965, making these a good investment when one finds a 250 LM.
1959 Ferrari 250GT LWB California Spider – $18,150,000
This LWB, which stands for Long Wheel Base, is one of only nine alloy-bodied LWB Spiders in the world. Under the hood, it packs the coveted Ferrari V12, with three Webber carbs. The body is Scaglietti as with other California Spiders. The list of awards is too long to cover but rest assured, this car has earned its price tag.
