At one time, Plymouth was a major player in the muscle car world with a few different options to choose from depending on what you’re looking for. The Duster was one of the popular models for a variety of reasons. It was considered a two-door “semi-hatchback” version of the Valiant, Plymouth’s entry into the compact size genre. With its catchy name, it opened the door for many different special editions such as Gold Duster, Feather Duster, and Space Duster. But it was the Duster 340 and 360 that interests us. They were the high-performance variations of the Duster and 340 and 360 correspond to each car’s engine size.
