10. Michael Dorn; Lieutenant Worf, TNG & DS9
The best part about playing a Klingon? There is so much prosthetic makeup one’s face becomes unrecognizable out of makeup. Michael Dorn’s character, Worf, made so many crossovers between shows The Next Generation and Deep Space Nine he remains the actor with the most Star Trek credits. Dorn is not only an accomplished actor and director, he’s a pilot and instructor. He owns an Air Force T-33, and an F-86 Sabre, both of which he still flies. He’s also flown with the Blue Angels and the United States Air Force Precision Flight team. Oh yeah, and Dorn still acts. Only diehard fans will recognize him out of his Worf makeup, though.
