These days I can’t tell the difference between Christopher Plummer and Donald Sutherland. They’re merging into the same look. Ian McKellen isn’t so unique from that look either. It’s the old white dude with the schnoz look. Anyway, Plummer passed on it per the commitment. He said on Conan, “I thought there are other countries I’d like to visit before I croak.” Now that he didn’t die, I wonder if he regrets the decision. There woulda been time, Plummer!
