10. Dwight D. Eisenhower
While Eisenhower was the Supreme Commander of the Allied forces during World War Two, he worked closely with Kay Summersby, a member of the British Mechanized Transport Corps. During the war, she served as Eisenhower’s chauffeur, then later as his secretary. Nobody has been able to prove the accusations of their affair, but they were close enough to have one. When Eisenhower returned to the United States, whatever they had ended.
